This small development of 8no. flats forms part of a larger housing development at Invercarron, Alness.

The flats are designed to be economical to heat without requiring the high capital cost of installing complex renewable heating systems, such as solar thermal panels. Instead, energy efficiency targets are met by paying particular attention to insulation and air-tightness .
